Mr Akash Agrawal has been a noteworthy leader as a skin therapist and an Entrepreneur. For his works, he has also been recognised by the Asian Awards 2020-21 powered by RULA awards.

"The more a person is aware and dedicated to his work, the higher milestone he achieves." The perfect example of this is Mr Akash Agrawal.

Starting his career in the commerce industry, he worked as an account manager in Eastern Overseas Company Ltd. Moreover, he worked in the same post in other two companies, namely, Mittal Gharelu Udhyog and Golchha organisation, Biratnagar, Nepal. 

Later, he moved to the beauty and health field owing to his passion. He completed his certification course in Beauty Culture from VLCC Institution, New Delhi, on July 12, 2019. His life experiences in VLCC were not decent. He had to face challenges due to the transition from commerce faculty to science. However, his passion and dedication did not let him bow down to these challenges. His consistency and hard work have made him an ace today.

Today, he is one of the best skin therapists with more than four years of practical experience. As an Entrepreneur, he has ten years of experience in his own cosmetic outlet SaiShringar. Plus, he is a world-class skin esthetician certified by EWAA. He also completed the 'Troubled Skin' course from EWAA on August 25, 2020. 

Mr Akash believes that good skincare makes a person charismatic and elevates his persona. He quotes, "Love your skin to love your soul." He aims to develop Nepalese Parlours and beauticians at the international standard. He intends to have fully trained beauty professionals in every corner of the country. For the accomplishment of his goals, he has been working ceaselessly and relentlessly. 

He has been providing numerous online Zoom sessions on skincare and home care tips through different social organisations. One of them is Marwadi Mahila Munch, where Mr Agrawal gave his session on May 07, 2020. Additionally, he is also working to produce a charismatic personality of beauty pageants.

Till now, he has completed 30+ skincare workshops for beauty pageants, 10+ parlour training for skincare professionals and 20+ Basic skincare workshops in schools and colleges.

His noticeable works include the beauty class in Sparkle parlour and the lymphatic system drainage demo class in the beauty room parlour. Furthermore, he has given these kinds of training in other large-scale beauty parlours.

His works have even motivated his friend circle. Today his friends are working for their goals as a result of his hard work. It shows the passion, dedication and honesty of Mr Agrawal.

Besides his profession as a skin therapist, he is also an Entrepreneur. Mr Akash owns his own company named SaiShringar. He founded this company in 2068 B.S. The only motto of this company is to uplift the standard of Nepali Beauty professionals. He is imparting knowledge and increasing his sales. Today, when the world is moving toward excessive makeup products, he developed his company to stick into skincare for better skin health and consistent skin through different ages. He aims all of his students and customers to smile as a cause of healthy skin.

With the company, he had faced plenty of struggles for flourishing his business. It was hard to make aware of skincare and spending on skincare products over Nepalese families with limited income. But his dedication and pure gratitude towards his work for excellence brought out the most of him. Today he runs multiple skincare training sessions, professional parlour training parallelly. He organises workshops and beauty pageants training on a large scale. Besides all these he also gives skin counselling through telephones, phone calls and so on.

In this regard, He and his company were makeup partners in Biratnagar Lil. Icon Season 2, on September 22, 2018, at Birendra Sabha Griha, Biratnagar. Mr Agrawal was one of the judging panel. Similarly, he was on the judging panel in the second audition of Biratnagar Little Icon Season 3. He and his company hold the same responsibility in the third season too.

Mr Agrawal and his company SaiShringar had led "Gold Gym Mr and Miss Teen Purwanchal" as Audition judge and Event coordinator. He and his company also organise different side programs to encourage skincare and its facility in Biratnagar. They organised the Diwali Photo contest on October 29, 2019. They participated in the "World Beauty Expo" on February 29, 2020, at Bhrikuti mandap Kathmandu. There they also ran the Workshop and Product Demo from Aroma magic.

SaiShringar has accomplished different projects to "unfold the skin story." Among them, "Mr and Miss face of Marwadi", the second edition held in 2019 in Biratnagar and Kathmandu is the most pre-eminent program in its history.

Except for being partners in the beauty pageants competitions and running workshops, SaiShringar itself is a skin analysis and diagnosis company. Mr Agrawal runs skin analysis of his customers and gives proper skin counselling. He always prescribes the best remedies to his customers based on their skin analysis chart. Mr Agrawal genuinely focuses on herbal products rather than harmful chemicals. Besides, he does treatments of his clients and customers with different modern techniques. The lymphatic system of the skin technique, electrical facial treatment, and basic trolley setting are some of the services given by his company. Plus, he also gives distinct massage techniques and manipulation to smoothen up his customer's skin.

Mr Agrawal and his company SaiShringar has never compromised with the quality of services. They have always been selling the best and original skincare products to their customers. They claim to have ensured customer's satisfaction each time they visit SaiShringar. 

He has an enjoyable journey in beauty and glamour. He worked as a trainer and speaker for "Basic Skin Care." He trained in Charismatic "Miss Koshi 2017-Season 4". The program was organised under the responsibility of Charismatic Advantage Advertising on September 8, 2017. Along the way, Innovative Star Leo Club approached him as a trainer on "Basic Skincare and Daycare Makeup" on August 18 2018. 

Similarly, On December 6, 2018, Jeevan Bikas Samaj organised a workshop and training on "Basic Skin Care and Personal Hygiene" under the guidance of Mr Agrawal.

Besides skin therapists and entrepreneurs, Mr Akash is also a social activist. He holds potential posts in different social clubs. He was the Charter Secretary at Kiwanis Club of Biratnagar K20445. Now, he is the President-Elect in the same club. 

Besides, He is the health committee member at Nepal Agarwal Yuwa Munch, Biratnagar. From this organisation, he has been flowing the message of good skincare for good skin health. 

Mr Akash's past works and the positions he holds describes his social and kind nature. He was a past Rotaractor and served the organisation as Community Service Director in Rota Year 2009-10. During his tenure, he had done a lot of crucial works that led to the development of society at contemporary times.

He has given various levels of Skin Care treatments and training to these social organisations too. Mr Agrawal has always been working for the welfare of society. He has been providing every kind of possible service from his side. During the lockdown, the business sector got brutalised. All the business owners were miserable. But he was working restlessly for his cause. He, along with his company, provided more than 20 training and seminars during the lockdown. He checked more than 400 clients with skin analysis services in his company.

Mr Agrawal has given several interviews about skincare on TV and radio. He gave his interview on NTV Itahari. He also made people aware of skincare from different talk shows and TV shows.

With his desire, dedication and humbleness, he is unstoppable now. He believes a person should never hesitate to grow professionally. Likely to his beliefs and principles, he has never missed any events, training, or workshop related to skin, health, beauty and glamour. He has always been learning through different resources and imparting the same knowledge in society. He is reaching his aim of developing beauty professionals and exposing them to the international market. All of these achievements of Mr Agrawal are only due to his extreme enthusiasm, sanctification and devotion to skincare.

Mr Agrawal travels a lot. He has travelled to several places to impart his skills and knowledge. He says, " I feel satisfied when I give training and make new friends." Moreover, he enjoys fellowship with individuals. He is innovative and dedicated to whatever his area of interest is.

In addition to his past works, he has a bag full of plans. He plans to extend his training and seminars, and development projects under SAI GROOMX.project. Mr Agrawal has been planning to organise a Beauty Pageant program with professional participation under his Banner. He will also be signing in as Skin Head Faculty on NeelDavids International Franchise. Besides, he plans to expand his training into the deeper level of Parlour professional protocols and skin therapy as per the skin analysis chart in future. Being a social activist, Mr Agrawal will organise different social activities in the community for kids and teenagers.

In a nutshell, the life of Mr Agrawal has been a struggle. He had to struggle when changing his field of work. Again, he faced a lot of challenges while increasing his business sales. Transitioning from a teacher to accounting, then in science, was not an easy task for him.

Besides, choosing a career in the glamour field was not easy for a Marwari fellow. However, he was so passionate in his profession that success and achievement could not resist themselves from coming to him. Different communities have recognised his works for a good cause. Besides his works in skincare, beauty and glamour, he has done plenty of tasks for society and service. At last, his life experiences and work gives us a good understanding of how much a man has to work for his passion, goals and dreams. Also, about the challenges, hurdles and obstacles a person has to face in the short period of his lifetime. Plus, his life story is a model for young entrepreneurs seeking their careers in health, beauty and glamour.
