Myself Avishek ShresthaFounder and CEO of Prime Vision International College, a leading hospitality education institution based in Dharan, Sunsari, Nepal. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, I have tried my best to built a reputation as a forward-thinking leaders committed to reshaping the future of education in Nepal.

As a continues hard work dedication and visionary leadership, Prime Vision International College has emerged as a national benchmark for quality hospitality education. In recognition of its outstanding academic and practical training standards, the college was proudly awarded "Top 10 Hotel Management College in Nepal 2025" by the prestigious Asian Education Review Magazine.

My mission goes far beyond academics. I am deeply driven by the belief that students should become financially independent at an early age. My goal is to ensure that every student is capable of standing on their own feet by the age of 19. Earning, learning, and supporting themselves without relying on their parents financially is the biggest goal I have Set for all my students. I further envision students completing their postgraduate education by the age of 22 in Nepal and in Abroad, fully prepared to enter the workforce or entrepreneurial ventures with confidence and clarity, for which I have combined the Nepalese education course with the international Vocational course which is designed in Nepal by LCCI Global Qualification and recognized globally where the Quality is Assured and Benchmarked by Scottland and UK thorough which my students are accepted globally for further education or Job at the age of 19.

Having worked extensively in hospitality operations and leadership roles, I would like to brings real-world insights into the classroom, making education at Prime Vision both practical and purpose-driven. I focus on discipline, professional grooming, early career exposure, and valuesbased education sets the college apart as a pioneer in Nepal’s hospitality sector.
