About Aziz Bin Basiran:

Aziz Basiran is a Malaysian businessman, entrepreneur, consultant, trainer, leader, influencer and philanthropist. He is the founder of the AB PREMIER GROUP. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Science (Environment) & Master Degree in Industrial Safety Management.  

Aziz started his professional career in 1995 as an Engineer (EHS) with Samsung, one of the most reputable multinational companies in the world. While he was in Samsung, he attended a practical training on environmental, health and safety in South Korea. At Samsung he earned the Best Employee of the Year Award. Aziz also worked in the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) where he contributed to the development of OSH training modules.  He conducted training and consultancy services for various industries.  

At the age of 29, he formed his own consulting company in 2000. Aziz is the Principal Consultant in his own consulting company, AZIZ EHS CONSULTANT SDN BHD. His main focus is to develop management systems for industries to get certified and enhance the existing system. He has developed management system for Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), PETRONAS, UMW, Panasonic, Toshiba, UEM, Samsung, UIA, LONGi, Minolta, JPS, MLNG, TTMM, Takahata, Hosiden, Acidchem,  Stabilchem, Derichem, Tylon, Setaracita, Kayaba, Etika, Sejingkat Power, Pusat Kawalan SMART and many others.  

Aziz is the lead auditor trainer for NIOSH certification and an invited speaker for National Council for OSH (NCOSH). He is also the lead auditor for the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH); and a subcontracted auditor for certification bodies. He is now the President of the Malaysian Industrial Safety and Health Association (MiSHA).  

His focus is to conduct motivation, team building, gap analysis, audit, evaluation of compliance, risk assessment, research, survey, related consultancy services and training programme for the customers. For OSHMS, he personally has been involved since 1999 during the SIRIM Pilot programme to assist 32 companies. Based on his vast experiences, he has assisted many organizations through training, consultancy and audit. 

Aziz is a graphologist. He is able to analyze handwriting and evaluate their personality characteristics. He is knowledgeable in terms of psychology, metaphysics, sales, marketing and leadership management. He can read the character of people through their I/C No., signature, drawing, physical condition such as nose, mouth, eyes, ears etc. He is also a very interesting and energetic person with a good sense of humor and very entertaining.  

He has in-depth experience in developing training modules and has conducted many types of training programmes related to occupational safety and health, especially for NIOSH, The Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII), SIRIM, MEF, Bureau  Veritas and many other training providers. He has also conducted training programmes, consultancy and audit for industrial corporations, government agencies and private sectors all over Malaysia. He is also one of the Motivators in this country.  Over the past two decades, he has trained a few hundred thousand top management, professionals, auditors, practitioners, teachers, students, general workforce etc. to achieve excellence in their various fields of endeavor, by imparting them his  vast knowledge and experience.  

In order to complete his vision and mission to become the most successful person, Aziz formed another three (3) companies  namely, AB PREMIER TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD, AB PREMIER HEALTH SDN BHD & AB PREMIER SPORTS SDN  BHD.

For AB PREMIER TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD, Aziz focuses on providing a comprehensive mobile apps, system, software development, and database management. Among the apps currently available in Google Play is AB-HR Management System App. Meanwhile, the integrated delivery app including the workforce and transportation will be launched in another couple of months. 

For AB PREMIER HEALTH SDN BHD, Aziz focuses on health, medical, cosmetics, personal care and textile products. The new brands that have been introduced are Bidadari and Caliph. 

Meanwhile, for AB PREMIER SPORTS SDN BHD, Aziz focuses on many sports products i.e. under the brand name CAPT which caters for local and international markets. Besides that, the company provides sports event management, technology, apps and many others.
