Birbansh Baitha has bagged Asia's Best Headmaster Award of the Year

My Introduction 
My name is Bir Bansh Baitha, 57 years old but an energetic person. I was born on a warm, sunny day on 1stJune 1964 in Bhandsar, Malangwa municipality of Sarlahi district in Province -2, Nepal. My birth place is in the southern part of Nepal which is commonly known as terai region or Madhesh. My father’s name is Mr. Chandra Dev Baitha who was a farmer and mothers name is Mrs. Brahaniya Devi Baitha who was a simple housewife. Currently, I stay in Hetauda sub metropolitan city of Makwanpur district in Bagmati Province.

I have pursued my graduation in Master in Education (M.Ed.) in specialization Educational Planning and Management from Tribhuwan University, Kathmandu Nepal. My career of teaching started before three decades as a lower secondary science teacher. I got a scholarship to study undergraduate level in-service. Afterward I became a secondary science teacher. I have been teaching for 36 years. Apparently now, from past three years I am posted as a Headmaster of Shree Adhunik Rastriya Secondary School, Hetauda, and Makwanpur. There are 2500 students in school. This school has been declared as a model school by our Government of Nepal.

 In between my teaching career I was also stationed as a Resource Person (RP) for evaluation and monitoring of school of Makwanpur district for three years by staying in the District Education Office (DEO) Makwanpur. I had performed several training as a trainer in different sectors by taking Trainee of Trainee (TOT) in different educational and social fields.

What are my achievements and awards I achieved?
1) Asia's No. 1 Brand and leadership Excellence Awards under the category “Asia's Education Awards “with Asia’s Best Headmaster Award of the Year 2021. By RULA and the World Congress.
2) Second Sandesh International Award 2020 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as Education Person of the year.
3) Certificate of Presentation by Universal Academic Cluster International in November Conference in Bangkok, Thailand in November 2019 A.D.
4) Appreciation letter by the District Education Office (DEO), Makwanpur in the occasion of International Literacy Day and National Education Day2073B.S.

My Professional Affiliation
1) Life long member of Nepal Red cross Society, Makwanpur.
2) Life long member of Educational Assistance Retirement Fund, Makwanpur.
3) Life time member of Teaching and Education Research Association (TERA)

Nepali, English, Bajjika, Maithili, Bhojpuri and Hindi.

I have visited India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore to participate in international conferences and Award programmes.

Who I Am in Life
I am greatly interested in a challenging career where I can utilize my skills and gain further experience while enhancing my nation's administration and education system.
 I want to make my school where I am posted a place for well quality education which can meet international standards. My school participates in different international events like the International school Award organized by British council. The Camerashika program is also running in our school which is also organized by British Council England. I am always conscious for the welfare of my school and my students.

My message 
In the life of students there are full of challenges, which they need to face in every turn to develop appropriate life skills to sustain in this competitive world. I always aim to give the best education with a new dimension by blending my strong ethics, traditions and values with advanced tools of modern technology to prepare students to excel in the journey with greater success.

 The technique I practice in my school does impart education that fosters excellence in physical fitness, psychological and spiritual health, a consciousness of social obligation and concern for the environment in each student. I take pride in nurturing a rich Nepalese heritage and culture of people from other parts of the world. There are not only experienced committed staff in my school but also responsive and reactive parents who are instrumental in my administration. For teaching manners, respects persistence patience kindness generosity and mentorship to school aged children while in years to come it will become a way of life for us I commit myself to safeguard all such activities for highly motivated youngster in my school who will become constant source of pride for Nepal what a privilege and what a responsibility.

 I am being awarded Asia’s no.1 Brand and leadership Excellence Awards under the category, “Asia’s Education Awards “with “Asia’s Best headmaster Award of the year” I am very happy with this achievement as it will increase my prestige, pride and respect me in the society.
