Dev Jaiswal has bagged Asia's Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award

Dev Jaiswal is a social worker born to a simple family on 14th March, 1996 in Ramnagari (Parsa), Nepal. He is the one and only son of Lalbabu Prasad Kalwar and Saraswati Devi Kalwar. He has a elder sister named Nitu Devi Kalwar who has helped him a lot in his early education.

He studied upto class-10 (S.L.C.) in Shree Jyoti Paradise Secondary English Boarding School in Ganjbhawanipur village of Bara district where he passed his S.L.C. board examination with distinction marks. Then, he went to Kathmandu valley for higher education with a dream to become a moral doctor and completed his +2 from Everest Florida Higher Secondary school in scholarship.

While he was preparing about M.B.B.S. Entrance examination in Kathmandu, a black day came into the journey of his life as his mother passed away suddenly when he was at the age of 19. After that, he returned back to his home town, Birgunj to look after his family.

He couldn't control himself remembering the emotions for the love of his mother as she was no more and along with this his dream of being a moral doctor went in vain.

After some months, he started his career as a teacher in different schools. He got positive response from students and school management wherever he taught and began to teach major subjects like science, English, Mathematics, etc along with holding a renowned posts of co-ordinator and principal in different schools.

After teaching almost two years, he got admitted to Thakur Ram Multiple Campus (TRMC), Birgunj under Tribhuwan University for Bachelor's degree. He also bagged Nepal second Topper Rank in B.Sc. Entrance Examination conducted all over Nepal and got scholarship there. This attempt encouraged him to do something great deeds for the society.

So, after working for five years, he along with his friends commenced a school named A Plus Academy which is located in Birgunj-14, Radhemai. The main motto of this institution is to look after poor and needy students so that their dreams can be fulfilled unlike him.

This school is teaching more than 400 students just with in one  year of time where almost 30% of the total number of students have been given scholarship. The growth rate of this institution is approximately 50%  with in 1 year. This school started with 260 students altogether and after 1 year in second academic session, it is teaching more than 400 students.

Mr. Jaiswal is also CEO of a coaching institute named Maa Saraswati Tution Centre "Einstein Academy" which is located in Birgunj. He also gives full scholarship to needy and poor talented students in his coaching institute too. He teaches science and mathematics in his two different institutions. He also conducts award ceremony in his institutions to encourage students for better performance and their over all development.

Now, he is currently working as the director and principal of A plus Academy. He has produced some intellectuals such as:- doctor, engineer, teachers, etc with in a short span of time through his conceptual teaching style.

Hope it continues till his last breathe. He is also working as a motivational speaker for different schools and colleges. He is also donating some funds for the completion of programmes in the society to the people who asks for help. He is simply acting as a sponsor partner for different programmes.

To expose more about his awards and achievements, he has won so many gold medals during his school life as he was consistent topper upto class-10. He has also got "Best Teacher Award" from the blessed and beautiful hands of Mr.Jitendra Sonal (Former Physical infrastructure and development minister, province No. -2, Nepal). He has also received so many honour as guest in different programmes.

Finally, being a Nepalese, it's a matter of pride for him and his nation to be bagged the Asia awards title of "Asia's Young Entreprenuer of the year Award - 2023" powered by world Research congress. It is unforgettable achievement for him. Thank you! so much Asia awards Team.
