I'm Erle Stanley Henry, born into an etnic Kadazan family and residing in Penampang Sabah. I am a simple person, live moderately, and a dynamic and dedicated professional with an unwavering commitment to excellence. My personal strengths are deeply rooted in an energetic and tireless work ethic. I am devoted to project completion, take my responsibilities seriously, excel in time management, and thrive in both independent and team-oriented work environments. Moreover, I'm driven by a strong desire to learn and share knowledge.

I hold a double degree, comprising a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Microbiology from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang Selangor and an MBBS from International Medical School-MSU, Shah Alam Selangor. After my housemanship training, I pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Microbiology in Institute Medical Research (IMR), Kuala Lumpur under SEAMEO (TROPMED). Currently, I am pursuing my MPath in Medical Microbiology at Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang Selangor.

I have a rich history of professional experience, having served as a Medical Officer with the Ministry of Health in Sabah, Malaysia. My responsibilities encompass diagnostic work and I played essential role in Covid-19 laboratory work during the pandemic. In my previous role as a Scientific Officer (Microbiologist) within the Ministry of Health, I managed and administered laboratory functions, performed diagnostic work, led the Serology/Virology and Immunology unit and contributed to research, training and education. My dedication and professionalism have earned me several prestigious awards, including the Excellent Service Award as a Scientific Officer in 2009 and as a Medical Doctor in 2020. Between 2009 and 2020, I received recognition for Outstanding Doctor appreciation in Paediatrics posting in 2015, Distinction Appreciation for Head of Internal Audit for Quality Management System in 2017 and Best Medical Doctor Staff Appreciation in 2018.

Apart from the achievement in my profession, I have received awards in national and international pageants. These experiences have provided me with opportunities to demonstrate my versatility and personal flair. I’ve achieved notable titles, including Grand Winner Mister Universe Grand Global Ambassador Malaysia in 2022 and Mister Crown Ambassador International in 2023. I've also received numerous awards recognizing various aspects of my involvement in pageantry. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of serving as judge for various beauty pageants.

In my life, I wholeheartedly embrace the wisdom of Roy T. Bennett, who once said, "Do what is right and not what is easy" as well as the compassion of Mother Teresa of Calcutta. Mother Teresa’s profound belief that "It's not how much we give but how much love we put into giving" deeply resonates with my values. Guided by these principles, I have played a pivotal role in reaching out to the poor, elderly, children and those in need through the Team Volunteer Charity and Care since 2022. Our efforts have included providing essential resources, including food, medicine, medical check-ups, and donations. Furthermore, I've served as a Padimas Medic Clinic Ambassador since 2022, actively contributing to health promotion and awareness in my community. To sum it up, my journey is marked by a multifaceted dedication to excellence in the fields of medicine, microbiology and beyond. My strong work ethic, diverse skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact have shaped both my professional and personal life. I eagerly look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals and professionals who share my passion for success and a sense of social responsibility.

Therefore, I am deeply grateful for the Asia Awards, powered by World Research Congress which granted me the recognition titled "Asia's Inspiring Personality Award." I consider this award not just a personal honour but also a heartfelt thank-you to Lord Jesus, my parents, brother, sister, family, best buddy, friends, teachers, lecturers, colleagues, charity teammates, Padimas Medic Clinic, Sally Crown Beauty Consultants, Pansilaw Talent Management and all the people who have been a part of my journey, whether directly or indirectly. Without their support and encouragement, I may not have truly deserved to receive this profoundly meaningful award. It is my hope that this recognition will serve as an inspiration to more individuals, encouraging them to strive for excellence and build exemplary personalities, ultimately continuing to inspire others.
