Dr. Jillian Yeoh is a versatile
entrepreneur who has founded numerous businesses ranging from cosmeceutical
manufacturing to the healthcare sector. She carries more than 19 years of
experience from diverse industries in Hospitality, Health & Wellness, Luxury
Fashion and Financial Institutions across Asia and Europe.
Her journey to entrepreneurship started in
her early 20s where she co-founded a centre to nurture young talents in
leadership development. With her diverse background and exposure in
multinational companies where she held key positions, it did not take long for
her to establish another business venture on her own. She setup her first
cosmeceutical manufacture laboratory 13 years ago and held directorship in
various companies. As the founding member of two international business
entities from overseas, she plays key roles in strategizing the company’s
overseas operations in the Asia Pacific for its beauty, health, healthcare
facilitation and consulting businesses. In 2013, she was appointed as the
Regional Director of Temos International Healthcare Accreditation GmbH, an
independent accreditation body from Germany who pioneered in medical
facilitation and medical facility accreditation.
At the peak of her manufacturing business, she pursued a doctorate research in aged care and subsequently a certificate in community health by Harvard University. Since then, she had diversified her business into healthcare and concurrently founded the first active aging gym in Malaysia, and a senior aged care and rehab centre. In between, she also co-founded Rainbow Wellness Sdn Bhd, a nutraceutical and cosmeceutical business where she oversees the marketing operations of the company.
Currently, she is the Founder and Managing Director of IMM Healthcare Sdn Bhd, a healthcare solution provider of Active Aging, Rehab and Inclusive Wellness for longevity lifestyle. Her passion to improve the eldercare system in Malaysia has led her to set up Malaysia’s First private research-based Senior Lifestyle Centre – IMM Carehub, a centre that addresses issues leading to old age and longevity. As the very few qualified professionals in the Aged Care industry, she has been actively engaged in advisory roles by private and public healthcare providers and developers.
Her tenacity and enthusiasm have earned her recognition from Khazanah Nasional Berhad as the Accelerator Winner of the Khazanah Innovation Impact Challenge in Enhancing Ageing Services in 2021, and nominated the Best Healthcare Entrepreneur by the Asia Award. She is now dedicating most of her time to improvising the senior lifestyle for preventive care, healthy aging and geriatric care in the country.
