"Being fruitful" is my lifetime goal. I strongly believe that fruitfulness is the goal for individuals in the learning community. Every individual is designed to serve and be an influence through a sphere of society. Being the founder principal of Green Sprout International School, the goal that I focus is the holistic development of each child. Countries have been able to make a mark of themselves on global platform who have made full use of education in all spheres of life.

I am very lucky to be born in India where Guru have been given the status of God. From my childhood , I enjoyed being in school rather than home, And my heart was all for educating school children and adding values to their lives.

My career began with Fusco’s Matriculation Hr Sec school as a PGT in computer teacher , at the age of 19 in 2001  and with the help of Sr. Mary the principal , I was able to continue my studies also. She taught me “ Learn while you Earn” and upgrading the skills. I m very grateful to her. Initially as an educator my aim was to impart subject knowledge and arise kids curiosity in the subject I taught. Slowly and gradually with wonderful experience of being a computer teacher, the realisation struck that the role of a teacher is not only confined to her subject , but is a guide, a counsellor , a confidante and much more for her students. I always wanted to be a compassionate teacher, flexible in all situations. My ardent belief is to inculcate Confidence, values , culture , character , hard work and perseverance amongst the students to ensure their grooming as successful and responsible citizens of the country. After completing post graduation got a wonderful opportunity to work as project associate – Informatics Lab ,under Prof. Veni Madhan, Cryptologist, IISc., Bangalore and after wards as Senior Software Engineer in TCS, Chennai, But the burning passion towards Learning and Teaching lead me again to give my best to school children and got opportunities to serve renowned institutions handling CBSE, ICSE and ISC syllabus as well as research in Education implementing multiple intelligence concept among stake holders and make their learning a happy process with happy schooling atmosphere.

Now Shouldering the responsibility of a head of an institution is a beautiful task for me that included motivating, leading , building confidence to move forward for the upliftment of the school as well as the stakeholders.

Witnessing the success of my teammates and students touching new boundaries without a doubt, gives me immense satisfaction. Being surrounded with positive, sincere and dedicated team has resulted in writing success stories about the school and its students.

Receiving awards from various highly respected organization was indeed an honour for me. The best teaching practices school award, Innovator in Curriculum Design for Robotics and AI – National award, G20 Mission school of India award, The Acharya world teacher award, The best emerging school of 2023 award.

Professional recognitions and awards give you extra responsibilities on shoulders to ensure that children who are under your wings get groomed holistically with a vision to serve the mankind, parents and become a wonderful global citizens.

As a successful, premiere and inspiring leader, I resolve to serve the community at large and become instrumental in its betterment and upliftment. The real award for me has always been the affection and respect that I receive from everyone around. Hope my children and team rise, shine , spread happiness and fruitfulness and make this world a wonderful place to live.
