I’m Very happy to be the winner of the prestigious award title Asia’s best researcher of the year 2020-21 by Rula Awards. I feel extremely honored, humble and grateful to accept this award. This recognition from the Asia awards and Rula Awards will definitely guide me more to the endless world of knowledge and will help me to do more and better research. I would like to sincerely thank the Asia awards and rula awards for honoring me with this award. I would also like to convey my heartfelt gratitude to the honorable president and honorable members of the selection board of World Research Congress for this recognition and help me to increase my thrust to do better in the field of research.

Honestly speaking, I feel myself too little for such a big achievement but it has at all been a success. The achiever cannot touch the pedestal single handedly, we need someone to guide, someone to direct, and someone to suggest. I am extremely blessed that I got all the support and cooperation from different corners throughout my life and words fail to express my gratitude and pleasure to acknowledge them.

To commence with, I pay my obeisance to Almighty Allah, the elevated, who bestows upon this humble servant the courage to perform acts beyond his capabilities and have bestowed upon me good health, courage, inspiration, zeal and the light.

After Allah, it is my great pleasure to express my profound honour and deepest sense of gratitude to my esteemed parents Mr. Gh. Hassan Rather and Ms. Shameema Banoo, who ignited the spark from the dead ashes, formed part of my vision and always taught me the good things that really matter in life and supported me morally, aesthetically and financially. They have believed in me and always encouraged me to do my best. I pray to Allah for their long and prosperous life. Words prove a meager medium to write down my feelings for my elder brother Mr. Rather Fairoze John, Chairman and Managing Director, Fiza Group of Industries for providing me constant encouragement and supporting me spiritually and financially throughout the study.

With the same sincere feelings, 1 place on record my deep sense of indebtedness to Dr. Abdul Hamid Mir, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, University of Kashmir, whose invaluable guidance, tender nature, constant encouragement, understanding and healthy criticism added considerably to my experience.

Last but not least I would like to wish your highly respected and prestigious organization all the success in the future as well and would also like to congratulate all the winners of RULA awards this year. Best wishes to all of them.
