Dr Shakti Bhushan Chand has bagged Asia's Outstanding Healthcare and Social Care Support Award

I am Dr. Shakti Bhushan Chand S/o Mr. Chandra Bhushan Chand from Lucknow. I am Doctor by profession and working in Government Hospital (Community Health Center, Block-Kachhana, District- Hardoi, U.P.). Born in Gorakhpur city of Uttar Pradesh and also studied initially in Gorakhpur living with my mother (Mrs. Karuna Singh) who is always the first teacher of my life, after sometime we come to Lucknow

I completed my M.B.B.S. from King George Medical University, Lucknow and became a Doctor. I also completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology, Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine, Diplomat of Indo-German board of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, Ex resident of Indraprasth Appolo Hospital New Delhi. I came again in King George Medical University as Senior Medical Officer in National Tuberculosis Eradication programme in which I take a charge of twelve district of Uttar Pradesh as our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi pledge to eradicate the Tuberculosis till 2025, it's a great chance to launch newer drug Bedaquiline (first drug for drug resistance TB) in Uttar Pradesh with my first three patient treated successfully. 

I adopted several poor children who suffer from Tuberculosis and gave them health support as well as education also. This is not the end. I got a chance to work in a rural area also I got selected in provincial medical services through the public service commission and presently work as Medical Officer at Community Health Center, Block-Kachhana, District- Hardoi, U.P. Here I again get the responsibilities as a Nodal Officer DOTS Plus, 108 and 102 emergency ambulance services, Covid-19 vaccination. 

Member of Isckon youth forum and awarded in State Operational Research Tuberculosis programme, ICN International award 2020. Here I continue to support the poor children for their healthier life and their education.
