Hi, I am Fathima Shazna Rafhy from Sri Lanka. I have completed my Master of Science and Bachelor of Sciences in Education at Aldergates College (Philippines) and I have pursued many other qualifications in the field of education. I have been working in the education sector for more than 10 years.

I am the founder of Phonics World in Sri Lanka. Phonics World English Learning Center was established in Sri Lanka in 2019. Phonics World is an online educational center teaches phonics related subjects to children and teachers across the globe.

We are truly honoured to receive this accreditation and recognition as Asia's Outstanding Kids Learning Center Award by Asia Awards powered by World Research Congress.

Phonics World is the only literacy center in Sri Lanka providing Internationally recognized and worldwide accepted UK method of phonics. Jolly Phonics synthetic phonics is the method we use here at our center. Jolly Phonics validated by the DfE as a complete systematic synthetic phonics programme. Jolly Phonics, teaches children to read and write using synthetic phonics, which is widely recognised as the most effective way to teach children to read and write in English.

We have trained over thousands of students and teaching professional by now. Our specially designed phonics classes and reading programs help students progress through all the stages of literacy from phonemic awareness to fully independent comprehension.

Our mission is to help all our children to be a successful reader and we have a vision to build better readers across the globe and to provide high quality education and innovative methods for learning the English Language.
