It is with immense honor and heartfelt gratitude that I, Mrs. F.F. Moulana, accept the “Asia’s Excellence in Custom Tailoring Achievement Award” under the Asia’s Achievement Awards category, proudly presented by the Asia Awards powered by RULA Awards and World Research Congress. This prestigious recognition marks a defining moment in my career, celebrating over 25 years of relentless dedication to the art of dressmaking, innovation, and personalized fashion.

The award ceremony, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 6th January 2026 at The Renai Cochin, Kochi, Kerala, India, under the banner of the Asia’s No.1 Brand & Leadership Excellence Awards, reflects not only a milestone in my personal journey but also an opportunity to represent Sri Lanka’s rich tailoring heritage on a global stage.

Throughout my career, I have strived to redefine fashion by merging traditional South Asian tailoring techniques with contemporary design sensibilities. As the Founder and Lead Designer of Latest Designers, I specialize in freehand, non-block tailoring—an intuitive and artistic method that sets my work apart. My creations have adorned renowned Sri Lankan actresses, performers, and vocal artists, including Senali Fonseka, Udari Kaushalya, Tanasha Hatharasinghe, and musical teams such as Yellow Beats.

With experience in a wide spectrum of creative services—ranging from bridal dress designing, custom womenswear, stage costumes, curtain decor, to cake baking and event decoration—my studio stands as a one-stop destination for personalized elegance.

My qualifications include diplomas in Advanced Dressmaking, Cake Baking & Decorating, Bridal Designing, and Curtain Making, along with specialized workshops in saree jackets and handcraft tailoring. Each credential has equipped me to offer precision, creativity, and cultural relevance in every project I undertake.

Awards such as Best Tailor of the Year 2023 and the Excellence in Tailoring Award 2024 have been earlier acknowledgments of my contributions. However, receiving this Asia Award is a remarkable honor, validating my work at an international level and fueling my desire to contribute even more to the fashion and design industry.

My core strengths include:
