FLOOR CARE SERVICE, Formally known as floor care, which commenced its operations on 15th May 1990 as a sole proprietorship business and registered with the business register 26 June 1992 has completed more than 28 years service to date.

Being in the operations in the field of janitorial maintenance and landscape garden maintenance services, the company was founded with the sole intention of providing a service par excellence to state and private sector organization.

With humble beginnings, during the first year of operation we were awarded some private sector bank and minister’s office.

Floor care service, proudly offers its specialized service with 28 years experience. We do understand and appreciate that the appearance and cleanliness of any premises play an important part when creating a good impression.

We believe that our experience in the use of effective chemicals, modern machinery and trained staff have no doubt given an extra advantage to our client. With experience we have found that in most cases, the difference between a good and bad job, is the usage of correct chemicals.

We are committed to using internationally reputed machinery and very effective chemicals to our clients, thereby guaranteeing that floor care can provide a total quality cleaning service far out weighting that provided by existing companies. The management of which is under the control of the chairperson Mr. H.M.G. Dayarathna. The sole proprietor has five years of experience as a Ex: Housekeeper at Colombo International Airport, and 28 years of experience at the company, directly handling the main operational functions of the organization. Apart from the functions handled by the operation manager and specially trained supervisor. Our team workers work on a time schedule without hiding the day to day business of the clients while maintaining the desired level of cleanliness at a comparatively low cost.
