I am Dr. Shakti Bhushan Chand S/o Mr. Chandra Bhushan Chand from Lucknow. I am Doctor by profession and working in Government Hospital (Community Health Center, Block-Kachhana, District- Hardoi, U.P.). Born in Gorakhpur city of Uttar Pradesh and also studied initially in Gorakhpur living with my mother (Mrs. Karuna Singh) who is always the first teacher of my life, after sometime we come to Lucknow.
