In 2016, I embarked on a challenging journey with MTI Funeral Scheme Manager Limited as Sales Manager. As Sales Manager, I was leading a couple of Sales Supervisors, sales individuals and later on the same has grown significantly including Cluster Managers and Team Leaders position, covering several strategic business units around the Island. With the implementation of various sales strategies, the customer database has turned up with an exponential progression.
