Am Jegathiswari Seetha Raman, also known as Arularase Baskar, is a dedicated and passionate trainer with over 20 years of experience in the field of training and coaching. Residing in Butterworth, Penang, has built a reputation as an enthusiastic social entrepreneur with a strong service mindset and a heart full of love.
Throughout her illustrious career, I have accumulated a wealth of certifications that underscore my expertise and commitment to professional development. I am a Certified NCS TTT Trainer, a Professional Certified Master NLP Practitioner, and holds multiple certifications in emotional intelligence, life purpose coaching, transformational coaching, mindset coaching, and the Law of Attraction. Additionally, proficient in NLP and Sales, further enhancing my ability to coach and mentor others effectively.
My passion for training extends to various domains, including being a trainer for retrenched and unemployed graduates for three years, and serving in sales and marketing teams with a focus on product-related tasks.
My dedication to continuous improvement and love for sharing knowledge have led me to become a trainer for digital marketing and entrepreneurship programs, collaborating with HRDC and the Penjana Programme.
