John Watson Tamin @ Watson Tamin Anak Willie Rimong, an Iban Dayak, was born on May 12th 1991, in Betong Sarawak Borneo Malaysia
John Watson Tamin is the oldest son in the siblings, John Watson Tamin spends his childhood in Miri Sarawak.
John Watson Tamin started his singing career in 2016 and became a local independent singer. February 2019, John Watson Tamin competed in Mister Elegant Sarawak and crowned winner Mister Elegant Sarawak 2019, John Watson Tamin quickly recognise by the model agency and signed up to becoming a professional male model.

The same year 2019, John Watson Tamin then competed in culture-based pageant and won 2nd runner up, John then gives another try in culture-based pageant and won 1st runner up, John did not want to give up until he achieves his dream. In August 2019 John Watson Tamin gave a chance to himself to try another culture-based pageant and he then crowned winner Keling Raban Ngepan Iban state level and became an ambassador for culture-based pageant Raban Ngepan Iban.
2020, John Watson Tamin started his career as a songwriter and a producer, he has been written few songs and produce a few local singers, John Watson Tamin is also a motivational speaker and has been giving speech and talk all over different places in his country. In 2021, John Watson Tamin actively in acting industry, he stars in many movies and drama.
In year 2022, John Watson Tamin is hunger for higher pageant level competition and he went for an audition for Mister Glam International Borneo, John was selected to represent Sarawak in the Mister Glam International Borneo, John competed in Mister Glam International Borneo in October 2022 and crowned winner Mister Glam International Borneo and qualify himself to compete in an international pageant which made him the first originate Iban Dayak to represent Borneo at international pageant. November 2022 John compete for the Mister Glam International representing Borneo in Manila Philippines and won himself a title Mister Glam Eco-Tourism. John did not want to give up, in April 2023, John goes for an International Mister Heritage pageant representing Malaysia in Philippines and crowned winner Mister Heritage international.

John Watson Tamin receives an award from Amazing Malaysian Book of Record for his achievement as the first originated Iban Dayak to represent Borneo in an international pageant. John Watson Tamin pageant achievements was recognised & recorded in Amazing Malaysian Book of Record.
