I am Jonella Chau Wen Yu. Malaysia citizen born in Johor Bahru. I am the founder of 99 Group, an educator and young entrepreneur. 

First of all, I would like to thank you Asia Awards powered by Rula Awards. Asia Awards is a great organization, I’m quiet honor that such a great organization, has recognized what I have done.

Believing in the power, positive thinking, taking goal setting to the next level, taking a lot of trouble believing every step that we learn to be better. When I was in high school and university, my activities were many. I have participated in debate and speech society. Outside of the school, I also participated with various activities like Ballet completion, advertisement shooting, products endorsements, and presentation invitation. 

To make the business run more efficiency, I have opened to challenges, conversations, and exchange of ideas from the top players in the education industry and logistic industry. 

My long-term goal is become International entrepreneur. Apart from that, I want to adopt and help many children through World Vision Organization.  I have been in my current position as CEO at 99 Group and New Oriental Education since 2020I led over ten person team wing liaison for all occupational and educational programs. 

As a CEO of 99 Group Express Logistic Company, I need to ensure the producers have a reliable supply of raw materials, and coordinate the distribution of finished goods to consumers. In addition, I focus on meeting consumer demand and minimizing the costs of storing and transporting goods. 

As a professional educator, I believe that the role of the teacher is very important and I need to act as a leader in my classroom. This skill is concerned with the ability of the teacher to motivate and help my student and at the same time, to deal with their problems effectively. 

Furthermore, I want to share one of my favorite quotes that always motivated me.  

‘Go long, there are no shortcuts in life, if we do the work, we get rewarded.’ The key to any long-term success is to take the necessary steps to steadily progress rather than skip any of them. During my business journey, I quite appreciated to have many supporters, inspiratory and motivator who always surrounded with me.
