• Diploma in Human Resource Management at LPEC Campus Colombo, Sri Lanka

• Diploma in Digital Marketing

• Professional Certificate in Marketing Diploma

I started my professional career at Ceylinco Life Insurance, Sri Lanka in 2012 as a Consultant. Then Promoted as a Team Leader & Agency Supervisor. Then I moved to LOLC Life Insurance in 2013 as a Team Leader and subsequently promoted as a Branch Manager. Following that I got an opportunity at Softlogic Life Insurance PLC to work as a Regional Manager. I was able to achieve lots of awards and recognitions during my 4 years work period at Softlogic Life.

My Awards & Accolades

- In 27^th of December 2021, I joined Janashakthi Insurance PLC as a Divisional Development manager and I was able to win the following International Awards and recognitions.

- 31^st of December 2021 Member of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) 15^th of January 2022 Member of MDRT

- 15^th February 2022 COT (Court of the Table which is a 3 times achievement of MDRT target)

- 21^st of March 2022 TOT (Top of the Table which is a 6 times achievement of MDRT target)

- 1^st of January 2023 Member of MDRT

- 15^th of August COT

I got my MDRT certifications from MDRT (The Premier Association of Financial Professionals), USA for my achievements listed above.

I got qualified to receive SLIM NASCO Awards (Front Liner Silver Category Awards) held at Monarch Imperial, Sri Lanka in the current year 2023.

I served as a President of the Young Women Lions Club of Jaffna Kingdom (306B1, 100^th Club), Sri Lanka. I received many accolades and recognitions for my Leadership Qualities.
