Kasun Rathnayake, born on November 18, 1981, has carved a niche for himself as a dynamic leader and an influential figure in the business world. His journey from a standout school student to the CEO of ROKY Holdings Pvt Ltd is a testament to his determination, leadership, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Kasun grew up in a close-knit family with his parents, brother, and sister. He is now a devoted husband and father to two daughters. His early years were marked by an active school life at All Saints' Central College in Galle, Sri Lanka. Known for his exceptional communication skills and leadership qualities, Kasun served as the Deputy Head Prefect in 1997. His peers and teachers recognized him for his ability to inspire and lead, which also led him to the role of Director of the Anti-Drug Society at his school. Furthermore, Kasun enhanced his skill set and knowledge by pursuing further education through the University of West Scotland, where he received a Master's in Business Administration.

In 2001, Kasun embarked on his professional journey as a sales executive. His innate ability to connect with people and his strategic acumen saw him rise through the ranks swiftly. Despite the rocky road set for the journey, with the aid of both the undeniable bond, trust, and confidence within the team as well as his remarkable leadership, ROKY Holdings has flourished, setting new benchmarks in the industry. Today, he is the owner, CEO, and director of ROKY Holdings Pvt Ltd, a testament to his hard work and visionary approach.

Kasun's professional achievements are complemented by his active participation in community service, providing and applying his knowledge and experience in both water chemistry and civil engineering for such projects. As a dedicated member of the Lions Club in District 306 A2 for the past decade, he has taken on significant roles, including Certified Guiding Lion, District Chairperson for Water Projects (2021-2022), Governors' Special Project Coordinator (2022-2023), as well as Key Cabinet Position (2024). His efforts have been recognized with several awards, such as the International President's Appreciation Award in 2021.

In addition to his community service, Kasun's professional excellence has been acknowledged by industry peers. He received an appreciation award from J.L. Morison Son & Jones (Ceylon) Ltd for outstanding sales performance in 2003. His commitment to sustainable practices was recognized in 2024 when he received the “Sustainable Water Management Excellence Award” in Asia Miracle Awards, Sri Lanka.

Kasun is particularly proud of his latest accolade, being named Asia's Young CEO of the Water Sector and receiving Asia's Innovative Company Award in Water Treatment.
