I can be defined as an enthusiastic, focused, and talented young professional with a keen sense of learning and commitment to work. Recognized as an expert at pre-opening hotels, and exceptional track record on setting up HK and rooms operations. Added butler and front office experience give an edge to look at all room operations from the guest perspective and also challenges me to continuously learn and grow.

Most people think housekeeping is just cleaning. Housekeeping is performing all the duties towards Cleaning and orderliness, maintaining resort to the best possible state in terms of cleaning and also keeping it at a highly desirable ambience.   It is not just cleaning; I like to describe it as an ART.

We are not done when the guest room or the public area is neat and fresh. Housekeeping is about arrangement, it's about presentation, it's about walking in a room and finding it immaculate and exquisite from every perspective. In a luxury environment, a section cannot be considered ready for a guest, unless it has been inspected with all the 5 senses. I believe a business that stands still would only disintegrate over a period of time, hence continuous change and evolution of strategies and policies is the key to take any business forward.
