The Profile

MNE Academy is a training academy in Malaysia, specializing in Business, Management and Operational training. At MNE, we believe the financial health of a company determines its future success and, in any organization, the management is key to keeping everything running smoothly. That is why we are dedicated to empower businesses with knowledge of Finance and Management, building their capabilities to achieve success that lasts.

MNE Academy was established in 2018. Through the years, we have helped many local and international companies in Business Management, Business Operation, Taxation Advisory, Finance Aid, Account Advisory, Human Resource, Management, Customer Satisfactory, KPI Setting and many more.

Mei, Ng Meng Meng

With over 22 years of progressive working experience and 18 years in management, my experience spans across managing various business verticals and channels including Finance, Account, Shared Services, Human Resource, Operation and Advisory Services in different industries various from Motor Manufacturing Company, Research & Development Company, Healthcare, Retail, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Marine and many more.

Mei graduated with a bachelor’s in HR Management (UTM) and subsequently obtained an MBA from Taylor’s University. Mei has taken on roles as Group HR & Finance Director prior to this. A Group HR & Finance Director who is well acquainted with achieving business goals by ensuring all Finance and HR deliverables are aligned and delivered. Mei is familiar with business operations including regulatory works of general business operations in Malaysia. In HR, she has deep experience in business partnering, recruitment, training and development and employee relations (IR/ER), talent management, performance management with good exposure in compensation & benefits Management.

She has had experience setting up an HR & Finance team from the grounds up. He has led the labour and social compliance framework and has development developed management systematics on social compliance. He has led large HR & Finance teams and a workforce exceeding 5,000 employees during her career. She has had her share of experience in turning around an ailing college as well as advising small and medium businesses in overcoming business challenges from a finance and human resource point of view.

Mei is a speaker, trainer and facilitator and has delivered numerous trainings in finance & human resource areas namely industrial relations, HR operations, recruitment strategies, operational excellence and others.

A results-driven and collaborative professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, dedicated to improving employee performance and driving business results. From leading a Site of 700+ multinational employees, managing multiple MNC's Operations (Shared Services, I am confidence leading, managing and working with teams across the region and globally.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles, which I have utilized to develop and deliver effective training programs that improve employee performance and drive business results.

I am a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and the ability to design and implement quality management systems that reduce customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

The Company is a reputed marine fish and seafood supplier in Malaysia, has been supplying high-quality fresh marine products to various markets for years, earning an excellent reputation at home and abroad.

A comprehensive marine product supply company, we use advanced IQF freezing and preservation systems and rigorous preservation and safety testing measures to ensure a stable supply of fresh marine catch to the market, allowing consumers to savour fresh, safe and healthy marine products.

• Hyirox Group of Companies (10 years)

Position: Group HR, Accounts & Operation Manager

The Company was established from a history of research and development through its affiliation with its parent company, Hyirox Sdn Bhd, which has been involved in developing innovative hydrogen-based applications since 2013. As a result, IRCare developed its first proprietary technology – Hi-Bliss Hydrogen Therapy for pain management and wellness. IRCare provides a full range of pain management and wellness services through its Hi-Bliss Pain Management and Wellness Centres in Malaysia. The Company’s mission is to build a healthier community regardless of age and social standing. To-date, IRCare has 4 Hi-Bliss Hydrogen Therapy Centres in Menara TH Uptown, Starling Mall, followed by 2 flagship outlet in Da Men Mall, USJ Subang Jaya and Tropicana 218 Macalister, Penang.

• Boon Siew Group (6 years)

Position: Accounts & Payroll Processor

The Company is the first Honda motorcycle distributor in Malaysia in the year of 1958. Apart from that, they are the only automotive group in Malaysia that was complete with an assembly plant, sales, service, parts, and component manufacturing operations for both 2 and 4-wheeler operations. With the invaluable assistance of the Late Mr Soichiro Honda who opened its domestic "Japanese only" Honda International Technical School to Kah Motor, we were able to be the first in the world to train our local service engineers.
