Miss Poornima Lankani Perera had acquired her first degree in Information Technology from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University in Sri Lanka in 2020, currently she is reading her masters from Hebei University in China from 2020 and she is reading here post graduate diploma in NSBM Green University in Sri Lanka in 2021.

Currently is an active member of several national and international societies, such as Computer Society of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Science and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

She has published several research papers, abstract and Journals. In addition to her academic service, she has worked as a Conference Coordinator at the 2019 International Conference on Advances in Computing and Technology (ICACT).

She is working as a temporary Lecturer at the Faculty of Computing and Technology, Department of Software Engineering, University of Kelaniya, Dalugama, Sri Lanka from 2020. As a newly established faculty, it is willing to support the temporary Lecturer who are eager to do their higher studies in high ranked universities with strong research facilities and has the willingness to contribute to the faculty in the future. Therefore, there is a possibility to get a fund to support my studies.
