He is a winner of numerous international HR Awards from different countries, USA, UK, India, Pakistan, Ghana, Malaysia and Egypt.
In 2014, he was ranked among the top 20 HR Most International Influential Thinkers selected by Ashridge Business School, Open University and HR Magazine readers in the UK, and also received in 2015 Peter F. Drucker award in Management, UOSF, Panama.
As Practical-Academic, he is teaching at various business schools and universities at postgraduate level, and as writer, he is a regular international contributor at HR-Future magazine in South Africa.
