Biography: Rajendra Ojha
I am Poet, Professional Social Scientist, Philosopher, Social Worker and Former Youngest Citizen Diplomat currently residing at Kathmandu, Nepal. I was born in 1994 at Dhangadhi, a place situated in the far west region of Nepal. My father's name is Dr. Khagendra Prasad Ojha who is an aspiring national entrepreneur, renowned Nepalese Educationist, Professor, Academic Researcher and an Author of various academic books. Similarly my mother Krishna Devi Ojha is a qualified Montessori teacher, religious personality, delightful social work volunteer of Doti district of Nepal and was first lady to get good education from Doti district of Nepal during her youth period. I have two younger siblings named Rabina Ojha and Rabindra Prasad Ojha respectively.
I completed my master degree in ‘Development Studies’ specializing in development economics. I have also done a bachelor degree in ‘International Relations’ specializing in soft power diplomacy from University of Warsaw, Poland. Beside this I have also done various scientific researches under Erasmus+ programs as well as other national research programs and has become one of the youngest Nepalese social science researchers working in international scientific research projects.
As a social scientist the main interest areas of research for me are based on interdisciplinary subjects like Economics (development as well as political and geographical economics), Conflict Management and International Relations. I have presented my scientific research papers based on development economics as well as papers based on various issues of International Relations in various international conferences organized by different national and international educational as well as scientific research institutions. Similarly I have also published two books of poetry named ‘Words of Tiger’ (ed.2019, Published by Amazon Publication) and ‘Through the World’ (ed. 2011, Janaki Publication of Nepal). Beside this, my poems in both Nepalese and English languages are kept in the academic books of primary as well as secondary level of schools and are taught in various schools of Nepal from east to west.
Despite this I have also served as a youngest citizen diplomat of Nepal in 2017 from then ‘Ministry of Environment and Population’, Nepal to Switzerland for a two weeks diplomatic program named ‘Minamata Convention’ at the age of 22. I was honored by the ‘Certificate of Honor’ by ‘Madheshi Patrakar Samaaj Nepal’ in 2018 as a youth who is working for strengthening and uplifting various creative fields of Nepal through the help of literature, philosophy as well as freelance stage and street acting. I have also been honored by various national organizations for working as a social worker in the field of blood donation activities.
