I am Roshan Rajapaksha, born to a Buddhist family from the Western Province of Sri Lanka. I take this opportunity to thank everyone in selecting me for the prestigious Asia’s Best Digital Printing Solution Provider Award and Asia’s Most Emerging Company of the Year Award. It makes me so impressed and proud.

My education qualifications, bears a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales UK, Advanced Diploma holder from the City and Guilds International UK in Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering, Australia Computer Society International Diploma in Information Technology and Higher Diploma in advanced printing technology and management.

My unique blend of academic knowledge with 26 years of working experience has led to the creation of sound expertise in the field of Digital Pre-press equipment’s, Digital Printing machineries and linked software as well as technical aspects of color management, workflow solution, management capabilities and innovation.

I have an excellent knowhow in monitoring the industry environment and communicating to all internal stakeholders of developments within the industry and ensuring that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company’s mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.

I have necessary technical training for skill enhancement to the company's core competencies to get a better competitive advantage. Continuously focused on innovation that leads to the founding of a creative culture within the organization. An expert in the installation of Digital Pre-press and Digital Printing systems whether manufactured or traded in Sri Lanka or over the globe.

I have led a prominent role in providing technical support for regular periodic maintenance and troubleshooting & repairs of Digital Pre-press and Digital Printing Systems supplied or Installed in Sri Lanka. Excels in providing General specific hardware & Software support to identified customers in SL for Equipment & Software. I am a tantalizing expert in gathering market Intelligence and marketing teams in Sri Lanka and International markets in supporting  and promoting business partners as required and instructed from time to time with a view to ensure total customer satisfaction.

My foremost objective is to create entrepreneurial aspirations that could create a significant value in the field of Digital printing and specializing in the field of Digital printing machines and Digital pre-press machines to bring value to customers and company.

My direct responsibility was to control work resources of the company to recruit well motivated and trained staff. Consistently focused on innovation that leads to creative culture within the organization. Fulfilling the gaps with identifying bottleneck of production flow with introducing new solution of products to the industries for improve the effectiveness and efficiency.

I am honored to receive such a prestigious award.  I am looking forward in meeting the other distinguished award winners and earnestly grateful for the recognition received in winning the   -   Asia’s Best Digital Printing Solution Provider Award and Asia’s Most Emerging Company of the year award.
