We are always trying to exceed our guest expectations by
providing an overall innovative experience by using our friendly, modern
and dynamic young staff.
When it comes to looking at how Royal Classic founded by its
chairperson Mr. A. Sivasubramaniam is very fascinating. Mr. A. Sivasubramaniam
is a well-known Businessman who handles many individual businesses on his
own. He is willing to take any business related risk for making things
right. Royal classic was a result of that. He invested money for this new property
of the new segment in 2018, and step-by-step he built up this Royal classic
with his team. First they pre opened the existing building for
accommodation and started the construction for the Main Building which
included three banquet halls and 14 luxury rooms. At that time Mr.R.Jeyapradhap
joined to the property as the General Manager as permanent position, where
he did the part time consultation for the hotel operation, with his joining
Mr Sivasubramaniam totally handed over the entire responsibility for
Hotel operation and construction work to him.
In 2020 they started the next project of constructing Chalet
rooms to add a more modern look to the hotel property and also to add a
different accommodation experience for the both local and foreign guests
who are visiting the property. Currently we are facilitating our guests with
three large banquet halls for weddings and events, 30 luxury rooms for accommodation
and beautiful out to settings for all types of outdoor events and
parties.
We highly believe that providing most valuable service to
our customers make our name in higher in the industry as a result of that
we won “3 Star Award In Sector- Large (Service) In 2020” organised by the
Department of Industrial Development and Enterprises Promotion Central
province, Guidance by Ministry of industry (C.P).
Not only that we won the “Best Covid-19 Control Entrepreneur
- Large (Service Sector) even though with his pandemic situation we
managed to provide our service to our guest with the rules and regulation
given by the government and other authorised without failure.
Apart from that we are able to achieve the Safe And Secure
Tourism Certificate given by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority
to ensure the safety of the travellers against covid-19 in 2021 and also we
received 8.6 Traveller Review Award in 2021 from booking.com for the
service we offer to our guest & based on the review from the guest for
online booking via booking.com.
We provide a service to almost all the guests who are Seeking
different, modern concept for the event and Accommodation experience and
we would like to say most of the VIP personals, corporate personals & VVIP
foreign personnel visited our Hotel regularly because of our unique service
pattern.
On this journey of the hotel industry we have to face so
many challenges and still we are facing those problems. But as a unique
property we face them or as a “one team” “one goal”.
Our success is our staff from the GM, all the managers, Executive and our staff made this far of success of Royal Classic. In 2018 our Chairman Mr Siva Subramanian had invested to build this hotel, till now we have passed many milestones.
Pre-open the hotel with 7 room.
Develop the main building with three large banquet halls and 14 luxury rooms.
Develop 8 Chalets (Cabana) rooms to give different experience to our guest.
Overall operation is controlled under GM his position and
decision making will take as final decision in Operation matters, GM will
update chairperson time to time when there is very important matters,
under him AGM is looking after all operation matters and he is doing both
AGM and Front Office Manager roles. After these two positions, all the HOD’s
will run their department as per the given instruction by the GM and AGM with
their normal roster. Line staff will maintain their duties according to
their HOD's, Executives and AGM.
Here in Royal Classic we mostly welcome all the staff
suggestions and ideas. We always think our main resource is our staff
members, therefore we treat them all in a better way that we can.
As a reputed hotel we believe that fulfilling guest
requirements is not enough, we must provide our service to our society as
well. Therefore we have done several CSR programs over these past few
years.
