Mr.Sathes Ramachandran is the Founder and the Chief Executive officer of Pesterminators Pvt Ltd and Fintegic Investments Pvt Ltd. He recently took over the CEO position of Agro Services Pvt Ltd. Sathes is a trained Entomologist and Pest management professional who’s well recognised in Maldives and Sri Lanka. He is also specialised in Strategic planning and marketing, which made the company to be the leading service provider in Maldives within a short span of time. He completed his undergraduate in B.Sc Plant Biology and Biotechnology from Prestigious Loyola College Chennai, which is affiliated to University of Madras.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Wales. He got various training from National Pest Management Association of USA related to Pest Management and Food safety. He’s a well-known pest consultant and trainer who has brought many changes in the industry and sustainable products to Maldivian Pest control segment. He had given training and consultation to Food manufacturing institutes and hospitality segments related to pest management. He had given training to more than 600+ participants in the related industry as a part of his vision in “Educating the people to bring the change” Pesterminators is one of the leading service providers in Maldives who stand far ahead with their strategic vision and R&D department headed by Sathes. The R&D division for a pest management company in Maldives is first of its nature and the only company with such capacity. Pesterminators now work with 10 international suppliers and market more than 50+ different products for pest management requirements.

The strategic decisions has helped the company work with different stakeholders to develop the industry and also have conducted the first ever conference on Pest Management in Maldives with the participation of experts from all over the world. Pesterminators won the prestigious award from Asia awards in association with Rula Awards to be the “Asia’s Best Professional Pest Control Service Provider'' for the year 2020/2021.

Sathes and his founding partners' interest in creating new ventures and new opportunities  has made  Fintegic Investment a great success. The Vision of Fintegic is working to bring new investment opportunities in Maldives. Currently Fintegic supplies resort amenities and SPA product supplies from world leading suppliers. The company is on further expansion to include more products in the portfolio.

Currently he’s on strategic vision along with his partners and the team to work on sustainable and technology-based products for the pest management and resort supply industry in Maldives. The company is planning for further expansion in the region with the motive to bring lasting changes to the industry.
