As a Social Services Agency, we carry out
activities in the field of improving social protection and welfare of persons
in need of social services, as well as implementation of state policy and
regulation related to adoption and foster family.
With 12 branches and 21 enterprises covering
the whole country, we have been providing mobile, stationary and
semi-stationary services to the population of all age groups for nearly 4
years.
During 2023, we have covered more than 31
thousand people from vulnerable population groups across the republic with
various services.
The provision of apartments and private houses
to the families of martyrs, persons with war-related disabilities and other
privileged persons, as well as the provision of cars to privileged persons,
continues.
The housing program for families of martyrs
and people with war-related disabilities has been expanded 5 times.
In the post-war period, 6,000 apartments and
private houses were provided to them, 528 cars were provided to people with
war-related disabilities, and these works are continued.
We regularly implement various social projects
in order to ensure access to social services for people with special needs.
At present, day care centers are operating in
30 cities and regions on the basis of our projects implemented by social order.
A total of 900 children will be served in these centers.
Since November 1, 2019, 550 children have been
adopted by the Agency.
We continue our activities within the
framework of the "Foster family" model of care for children to grow
up in a family environment.
During our activity, we have provided social
services to nearly 10,000 individuals in all our enterprises, and
social-household services to nearly 39,000 lonely elderly and disabled
individuals in their (mobile) homes.
We work with repatriated persons, as well as
citizens who have been placed on probation, in the direction of adaptation to
the social environment.
Our activity has been awarded the ISO
certificate in three directions.
Our motto is Attention, Value, Care! We
organize our services based on these 3 principles in all our activities.
