• Risk Management & Inspection: Identifying potential labor violations through an advanced risk assessment model.
• Capacity Building: Providing trainings, certifications, and awareness programs to enhance labor law enforcement.
• International Collaboration: Partnering with global organizations such as ILO, IALI, and the European Social Charter to align Azerbaijan’s labor policies with international best practices.

SLIS operates through 14 regional departments and a Central Apparatus, ensuring a nationwide reach in labor protection efforts. The service has played a leading role in the digital transformation of employment relations.
