YOGESWARAN TAMIL SELVAM has bagged a praiseworthy award title of "Asia's Innovative Education Platform Award of the Year 2020 – 2021" for STREEAMD Mind ® in Asia's Achievement Awards.

"Thank you" is such a wonderful expression that I would like to dedicate to ASIA AWARD, powered by RULA AWARDS and World Research Congress, to honor me with the prestigious award ASIA'S NO 1 BRAND & LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE AWARDS. I am honored and humbled by this recognition and acknowledgment for being awarded Asia's Innovative Education Platform Award of the Year 2020 /2021 for STREEAMD Mind ® in Asia's Achievement Awards.

Mr. Yogeswaran always seeks an innovative platform, challenging employment that will utilize his education and professional skills and offer advancement opportunities for upward movement. He likes carrying out assigned work in an expeditious manner, exercising sound judgment in executing each work project, and accomplishing all work in compliance with procedures and policies. Able to adapt quickly and use available resources, data, and tools to set priorities to ensure smooth operation.

Yogeswaran started his career in Aviation in 1995. He has accumulated 26 years of working experience in the Aviation Industry (Malaysia Airlines, Emirates Airlines, Malindo, Air Asia Academy, AACE, and CAE KUALA LUMPUR in a few roles. He is an Asia E-University Master in Management graduate who has received the Best Student Award with acquired CGPA 4.0 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at University Pendidikan Sultan Idris (Sultan Idris Education University). His second Ph.D. in Management and Business (Management Science University). Yogeswaran is a Certified trainer by HRD. Corp - Human Resource Development Corporation. He is also a Certified TRIZ Level 1 & 2 Practitioner. Another area that he is very keen on is Psychology. With his interest in Psychology, he has further developed himself to be a Certified Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner and Certified Neurolinguistic Programming in Sales Professional. Furthermore, he has a proactive and 'can-do' attitude, along with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. He is now embarking on his multiple career and education journeys with various agencies to engage an ever-expanding business. 

He is wearing several hats on the business and N.G.O. platform, being Director of Operation for Dlens Gallery™, and he is focusing on developing a product for Aviation Thematic photography and educational training and product for the young generation. He is a Professional Photographer. On the other side of N.G.O., he is Program Development Director and Principal Trainer with Kelab Remaja Udara Malaysia (Young Aviator Club Malaysia), registered under the Ministry of Education Malaysia (M.O.E.) and available for school in Malaysia. He is also an Advisor under Aviation Program Development for the young generation. He is VICE PRESIDENT for KELAB RAKAN UDARA MALAYSIA (Young Aviator Club Malaysia) P.P.M.-009-01-14052017 – Registered NGO. 

He is a founder and co-founder of SCHOOL DRONE SQUAD (S.D.S.), MRSM DRONE SQUAD (M.D.S.), UNIVERSITY DRONE SQUAD (UDS),  YOUTH DRONE SQUAD (YDS), SCHOOL PILOT SQUAD (S.P.S.), SCHOOL AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER SQUAD (SATCS), SCHOOL CABIN CREW SQUAD (SCCS), SCHOOL AIRCRAFT ENGINEER SQUAD (SAES), SCHOOL SPACE SQUAD (S.P.S.), SCHOOL GROUND INFRA SQUAD (SGIS), SCHOOL FLIGHT SIMULATOR SQUAD (SFSS), SCHOOL INVENTION INNOVATION SQUAD (SIIS), SCHOOL YOUNG RESEARCHER SQUAD (SYRS), SCHOOL YOUNG TECHNOLOGIST SQUAD (SYTS), MALAYSIA TECHNOVATOR GIRL (M.T.G.), INTERNATIONAL TECHNOVATOR GIRL (I.T.G.), LEADERSHIP EQIQ SQUAD (L.E.S.) for Ministry of Education Malaysia School by creating a path, for a new learning and career domain embedded with STREEAMD Mind®. All the above school squad is under Kelab Remaja Udara Malaysia (Young Aviator Club Malaysia) and titled as X22 SQUAD OF KELAB REMAJA UDARA MALAYSIA (X22 SQUAD of Young Aviator Club Malaysia). 

He has decided to form a Charity Organisation called Wetogether.Org, an online crowdfunding platform that supports various poor & needy groups, especially for children's education needs. Since many of them cannot afford their education-saving bills, the power of crowdfunding helps make it happen. WeTogether.Org plans to raise 1,000,000+ generous donors who can contribute to the education cause to help 1,000,000 students. This fund can help pay for their education expenses or development needs. This is his lifetime dream project for the community.

Another mileage is creating TECHNOVATOR GIRL and FEMALE WHO DRONE™ under DLENS GALLERY™ to create an empowering feminine to explore in Technology and Invention/Innovation field and aligned with SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (GENDER EQUALITY). To help the young generation have fun learning in this 21st learning environment, GAMEEDUTECH has been introduced to help kids explore the education journey with Attitude, Skill, and Knowledge. He has expanded his wing as a founder in creating a research repository for the DRONE industry–INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL DRONE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY(IJDTS)™. He is a founder of THE LEADERSHIP EQIQ, which is created for the young generation to have an empowerment mindset to empower others with the right attitude.

He is a founder of STREEAMD Mind®. The STREEAMD Mind® will create an elegant connection among students worldwide and make a talent pool under diverse disciplines STREEAMD Mind® Standards (SMS). This enables the supply of employability talent/workforce to a future employer. This STREEAMD Mind® will bring to learners', educators', and the institute's attention to allow the young generation to have diverse minds exploring their journey and career in 8 disciplines. Fo8P™- Focus of 8 pillars of STREEAMD Mind® (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, RESEARCH- READING, ENGINEERING, ENTREPRENEUR, A.R.T., MATH, DESIGN) is the primary disciplines for 21st-century learning and innovative education platform.

His core competencies are Information Processing (Learning quickly), Data collection (Researching), Information and Data Analysis (Identifying problems), Drawing actionable conclusions (Problem-solving), and Work ethics. Mr. Yogeswaran has also established in Time Management, People care, Leadership, Self-Presentation, Innovation, Innovation, and Ideation area of expertise.  He is a multidisciplinary person who has explored various areas of his education journey.

INTEREST AND PURSUITS:

Besides his busy schedule, multiple roles, and assignments, he never fails to keep in touch with his hobbies and interests. Exploring so many attractions requires self-discipline, focus, dedication, and genuine passion. He has such an impressive hobby and interests, which are Reading Books, Listen to Music, Graphic Design, Drawing, Aircraft Model Collector, Photography, Videography, Designing Miniature Airport (Diorama), Lego, Flight Simulator Model, Flying Aircraft Simulator, and Flying DRONE, Book Author, Training Module Developer, Arduino and Python programming, Chess, Table Tennis, Golf, Board Game design and Career Role Play Model design. Notable on Yogeswaran's exploration journey, he is the epitome of multitasking with passion.  

He has expanded his writing skills with an expansion of writing wing with 25 books that he is ready to publish anytime soon. Mr. Yogeswaran believes in readiness to possess the fundamentals of any subject before we explore. His passion for science, technology, and design enabled him to further study into the invention and innovation field. He is ready to introduce many solutions to resolve global problems through ideation to commercialization. He has also created his invention and innovation database for his product, which he plans to progressively introduce into the market. At this point, he has almost more than 22 innovative products and 65 ideas he plans to launch within three years. He has developed his INNOVATION TEAM called XRIIT (Xtra Range Invention Innovation Team).

He never ends with the ideation and prototype stage. However, he proceeds with his passion for receiving opportunities by few universities to be an Innovation Jury for several INVENTION and INNOVATION competitions at various levels. He is also Certified for Artificial Intelligence Intermediate.  Currently, he is pursuing a course to become a CERTIFIED INNOVATION PROFESIONAL to nurture the young generation to possess the proper fundamental knowledge to showcase their talent from ideation to commercialization. Mr. Yogeswaran wishes to witness the next young generation to have a diversified mind that enables them to receive the NOBEL PRIZE. He has created a great plan to create 10,000 young innovators in MALAYSIA, and that is his pledge. He has designed and introduced STREEAMD Mind® Standards (SMS), and Fo8P™- Focus of 8 pillars of STREEAMD Mind® (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, RESEARCH- READING, ENGINEERING, ENTREPRENEUR, A.R.T., MATH, DESIGN) is the primary disciplines for 21st-century learning and innovative education platform.  This is the right time for him to receive a praiseworthy award title of "Asia's Innovative Education Platform Award of the Year 2020 – 2021" for STREEAMD Mind ® in Asia's Achievement Awards.

He was conferred with ICONIC FLIGHT SIMULATOR ENGINEER by WORLD EDUCATION ICON in 2021 for his exceptional personality, great self-development, accumulated many experiences in various education platforms, industries, and contributions to society (learners). 

He is also invited to be part of the highly accredited personalities in the 4th Edition of Encyclopedia "Successful People in Malaysia"- BRITISHPEDIA, published in 2021. He is truly honored to be named one of Malaysia's "Successful People." All public libraries in Malaysia will display the encyclopedia. This is a vital factor for him to stretch himself and his team to even greater heights - Taken full advantage of how much he has been nurturing for years, and this is the moment to become one of Malaysia's most successful people. It's been a long and difficult road for him, but here he is, standing proof that ANYONE can succeed if they have the passion and mindset to excel. He is holding another role at INTERNATIONAL LEVEL: AMAZING OLYMPIA WORLD RECORDS INC – CANADA OFFICIAL: JOIN DIRECTOR & AMAZING OLYMPIA WORLD RECORDS INC – CANADA IN MALAYSIA's OFFICIAL JOIN DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL adjudicator (AOWR STAFF NO: 20201).  The journey of exploration in many things is never-ending here for M.R. Yogeswaran, as he has taken another brave step to create a WORLD RECORD with AMAZING OLYMPIA WORLD RECORD INC-CANADA OFFICIAL in "Hit 1000 Golf Balls at the driving range in 60 minutes''. He is an adjudicator for AMAZING OLYMPIA WORLD RECORDS INC-CANADA OFFICIAL; he wants to be a testimonial for other record holders.  ASIA AWARD TEAM wishes him the best of luck for him to create a record. MR. Yogeswaran is preparing himself to be an EDUCATION PHILANTHROPISTS, which emphasizes learning every day from every resource and contributing to the community.
