Sushant Rajput, is an accomplished management professional with over two decades of experience across IT/ITES industries and is currently working as Vice President with eClerx Services Ltd. He ventured into the field of literature around 5 years ago as a blogger and story teller, but launched himself as an author through his first book “I Wish Someone Told Me This Before My First Job”. 

I have been awarded by Asia Awards powered by World Research Congress under the category of Asia Inspiration Awards with a With a praiseworthy award title, “Asia's Most Promising Professional Skills Trainer and Inspiring Writer Award". I heart fully thank the organisers and jury for bestowing me with such an honour and this special award. I feel overwhelmed and emotional and I’m at a loss for words as this is my first international award, this is a very special moment in my life. Getting recognised for my literary skills is like being blessed to continue in this path and author more books. For me, it already felt like a win when I found out that I’m even being considered for this honorary award.

Alongside, my literary contributions have also been recognised through being awarded as the “Most Inspiring Author, Professional Skills Trainer and Motivational Speaker” at the India Icon Awards 2024 (India Business Awards). Also been recognised as “Top 5 Writers of 2024” by Mid-Day and his book has been acknowledged as India’s “Top 10 Must Read Books of 2024” by ABP News Live. Winner of Sahitya Sparsh Awards 2024 in Editors Choice (Self Help / Motivational category), a literary honors in Asia. 

Alongside his professional role, Sushant is actively involved as a visiting professor and mentor at various MBA institutions.
