Dhanushka is an award winning entrepreneur and visionary leader with a sound business acumen and entrepreneurial skills with over 15 years of industry experience. Currently serving as the FOUNDER/CEO of FINEZ CAPITAL VENTURES (PVT) LTD. FINEZ is a diversified group of ventures engaged in the fields of designing and manufacturing furniture, residential interior designing, providing interior designing and branding solutions for corporates, retailing of homeware and decor products, ecommerce, corporate and residential turnkey project execution and diversified capital investments.

Dhanushka is equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with analytical and creative thinking and a meticulous eye for detail. A team player with an innovative approach to work and establishing sustainable and profitable relationships with key stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and bottom line growth.

Currently FINEZ CAPITAL VENTURES employees a workforce of over 100 people directly and indirectly and plays a key role in helping and nurturing many local artisans, crafters and designers. Under its investments arm FINEZ is engaged in providing grants and financial aid to uplift the local woodworking industry. FINEZ provides grants to buy machinery, extend workshops and also uplift skills related training to number of its suppliers in order to strengthen their livelihoods.

Dhanushka also serves in board for Inmarc Group of companies which is into the areas of advertising, branding, digital marketing and providing a range of marketing consultancy services and has been a lead consultant and strategic planner for several award winning strategic marketing and advertising campaigns. Inmarc Group was awarded with the prestigious title of “Advertising & Marketing Brand of the Year, Sri Lanka 2020 at 2020 Global Banking & Finance Awards”.
