Hamsajini Suntharalingam is a dedicated
and passionate English Language Instructor with the experience of over 7 years.
She is proud to have contributed to the Education sector in Sri Lanka from the
year of 2017. Her tenure as a TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language)
teacher has equipped with a unique set of skills that enable her to cater to
the diverse needs of non-native speakers of English.
She completed Diploma in Education at
College of Education, Jaffna in 2017. Then she had completed Bachelor of Arts in English at Central
American Business University, San Jose, Costa Rica in 2021. After that she completed
the Bachelor of Education- TESL at Lincoln University College, Petaling Jaya,
Malaysia in 2023 and there by she followed the Master of Education(Class of 2nd
upper )and completed in 2024.
Recently, she was identified with an
international award as the “INSC Young
Researcher - 2024”, by
The Institute of Scholars (InSc) for one of her publications which has been
featured in numerous international
news outlets and the institute which
consists of more than 11000 academicians and researchers.
Her academic journey has equipped with a
deep understanding of the principles and practices of teaching and learning.
She has developed and published many publications related with Artificial
Intelligence in Learning, Digital Learning, English Language Teaching and
Learning. “ Factors affecting the lack of English language proficiency of
G.C.E O/L students “, “ Enhancing Digital Learning Outcomes Through the
Application of Artificial Intelligence “ are some of her publications. Her
findings in the above articles have sorted out many issues related with
Language Teaching. Her articles have provided many remedial ideas to the teaching
and learning process, curriculum development and implementation processes all over the nation
and around the world as well.
Throughout her career, she has developed
and conducted many successful educational researches related with plans that
incorporate language, literacy, and cultural skills. She also has worked
closely with students to ensure smooth integration with the curriculum and has
assessed student progress, providing feedback on their language skills. This
has allowed her to identify areas for improvement and develop individualized remedies
to support struggling students.
She is confident that her unique blend
of teaching experience, academic background, and professional development makes
her as an ideal and inspiring personality in Education sector. She is excited
about the opportunity that brings her skills and expertise to a new role and
contribute to the success of students.
She is particularly interested in exploring the intersection of education policy and practice, and how these can be used to promote student achievement and success. Her ultimate goal is to become a leader in the education sector, where she can use her expertise to design, implement, and evaluate effective educational programs that benefit students and society as a whole.
