His initiation into the business world began with a profound nine-year stint as the F&B Operation Manager in his family's business in Singapore. Oscar's visionary leadership was marked by expanding the enterprise from two branches to an impressive network of eight outlets. Achieving record-breaking sales figures of SGD 1-2 million and overseeing a team of 80 staff members, Oscar's strategic acumen and dedication to excellence were evident.

Oscar's entrepreneurial spirit led him to explore new horizons, leading him to the challenging terrain of the recycling industry in Malaysia. While facing obstacles, Oscar's resilience and ability to learn from setbacks became pivotal in shaping his future endeavours.

In 2018, a transformative chapter unfolded as Oscar joined SVO (Synergy Via Online), marking a pivotal moment in his life. Aged 32, Oscar embraced the digital frontier with vigour. His journey within SVO was marked by numerous milestones, including achieving the Elite Club Platinum Member ranking with yearly profits exceeding RM1.5 million. Oscar's leadership as the Branch Director of SVO Lakefield 1 further solidified his position as a trailblazer in the digital commerce realm.

Besides, Oscar's ability to mentor, motivate, and lead by example resulted in the remarkable expansion of his team, which now comprises 50 digital commerce elites. His relentless pursuit of excellence led him to focus on the lucrative Halal and Muslim markets, exemplified by the roaring success of the AFYAA brand. His pioneering TikTok sales strategy propelled AFYAA into unprecedented success, generating RM1 million in monthly sales within just seven months.

Oscar's dedication to empowering others is not confined to his professional endeavours alone. As a distinguished speaker for the SME Incubator & Accelerator Lab (iaLAB) Training Program, Oscar shares his profound expertise in the digital commerce realm, guiding small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) on leveraging social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to expand their operations and elevate brand recognition, exemplifies Oscar's commitment to nurturing the next generation of digital entrepreneurs.
