Lecturerusing his comprehensive experience as a professional in the hospitality
service industry. He has gained exposure and experience through multiple
supervisory and managerial positions that he has held in various industries;
i.e. hotels, schools, colleges, institutions and field of hospitality. His most
significant
experience was being a training manager in “Kabira Country Club”(Kampala,
Africa) Award Winning Boutique Hotel, where he contribute his strength in the
development plus delivery of trainings to internal cross-functional staffs.
Vilash discovered that his passion was public speaking and decided to become a
fulltime trainer to touch the lives of more people. Vilash has contributed his
learning and experience to various hotels, institutions, organizations,
colleges and schools. In present he conduct trainings for participants from
various fields ranging from managers, executives, supervisors, administrative
staffs as well as students from different industries, such as banking,
hospitality, health, high learning institutions and uniformed personnel, among
others. In the area of customer service, he covers quality service for front
line through programs such as “The Golden Rules of Hospitality” and “Building
Service Culture and Sustainability in Customer Service”, As for managerial
& Supervisory Skills, he runs fully experiential program such as “A Culture
of Care”, “Team Building and Leadership”, and other related modules such as
“Communication & Interpersonal
Skills”, “Personality Development”, “Customer Care, Service &
Experience”, and exceptional classes on “Hotel Management”.
Vilash takes on a systematic approach, focusing on participant motivation
and creativity in his learning delivery. He believes that motivation and
learning are strong linked, where learning is concern with the acquisition and
application and application of new knowledge, skills, behavior and values;
whereas motivation would drive the hidden talent to surface, that leads to
improvement in performance and creates a positive change in that person. AS a
trainer, he helps participants to adapt and learn from their current
surrounding in order to improve and perform for self, and the organization that
they serve. Besides training, he is also responsible in conducting training
analysis, designing and developing new training programmer and enhancing
current programmer. He is involved with the evaluation and assessment, and also
behavior change subsequent to training delivery.
In Summary, Vilash offers excellent skills that are driven mostly by his passion and enthusiasm. He strongly believes that human learning behavior can only be improved through fun in training. His training sessions are well-received by participants as they find his sessions interactive and his technique in imparting knowledge and inspiring.
