Ar. Zion Gragasin is a licensed architect and the founder and Principal Architect of ZG Architects, an architectural firm in the Philippines that provides 3D visualization and design services worldwide. With the advancement of technology in Architecture and Interior Design, her expertise in 3D visualization paved the possibility for clients to see through the design process remotely, allowing the services to be supplied internationally. With years of expertise working with both local and international clients, ZG Architects has built a reputation for delivering high-quality output using cutting-edge software and innovative technologies.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from one of the Philippines' top universities, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), and years of gaining experience in the design and construction industries, she had established her own company at the young age of 26 that was also driven by her tremendous passion for architecture and interior design. As the principal architect, she oversees the design process from conceptualization through project completion, ensuring that every output adheres to the design principles, client demands, and company standards.

As one of her country's young leaders, she has motivated the young generation and female leaders to attain their full potential and not be afraid to take risks, especially given that architecture and engineering are traditionally male-dominated fields. As a result, Ar. Zion Gragasin was featured as the cover story of an international magazine Women Entrepreneur India, being named one of the “Top 10 Women Interior Designers in Asia” as well as in CEO Insights Asia magazine, as one of the “Prominent Business Leaders in Asia.” She was also highlighted in several entrepreneur articles.

Furthermore, being named "Asia's Women Icon of the Year" and "Asia's Outstanding Principal Architect Award" by Asia Awards powered by World Research Congress is a lifelong achievement for Ar. Zion Gragasin, inspiring women leaders and young dreamers to not work behind the shadows of others, but to be the strong leader of their own team. Her success mantra is "life is too short to not pursue what you are genuinely passionate about," as she believes that passion is one of the cornerstones of success since it is the fuel that drives one forward, eliminates self-doubts, and keeps one step ahead of fierce competitors in the industry.
