Zuhal Babakarkhil holds a bachelor’s degree from G.A. University and a diploma in Public Administration from Jyvaskyla university of Finland. She is currently working as a Sr. HR Manager with Asia Consultancy Group. Zuhal brings 9 years of experience in human resources management across multinational organizations in Afghanistan. Prior to joining ACG, Zuhal served as an HR manager with ACB, HR specialist with RTE and HR Officer with USAID RLS.

As an HR expert,  Zuhal is passionate to enhance the HR standards in Afghanistan to international levels. She is also keen to automate all the company reporting’s using the latest Enterprise Reporting Planning and specific HR software’s.

Zuhal Babakarkhil is passionate about sharing her experience and is well known for assisting, and supporting fresh graduates with soft skills as they develop plans for their future. She likes the challenges of working with millennials who get her out of her comfort zone and allows him to grow in the process.
